Focus on corrections and specific improvements; Service by a technical manager;

9 a.m. at 12 p.m. 1 pm to 6 pm; Initial service channel by email, be able to proceed to call or telephone;

Response time: 1 to 8 hours of work, depending on the urgency of the call. Monthly online meeting for diagnoses of the month;

Design I

An assigned UX design professional 40h / month Focus on specific jobs and UX and UI Service by a technical manager;

Partially accumulated hours of a month to another, with a maximum of 60h; 9 a.m. at 12 p.m. 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.;

Response time: 1 to 8 work hours, depending on the urgency of the call.

Innovation I

An assigned technology professional 80h/month, with the support of a Business Analyst, UX Designer and a Technical manager;

Focus on corrections, improvements and News demands;

Service by a manager and Business analyst; Non-cumulative hours;

9 a.m. at 12 p.m. 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.; Initial service channel by email, or by phone, for a call;

Response time: 1 to 4 workhours, depending on the urgency of the call.
